Total Business Hosting (TBH) operate a 30 Day Risk Free Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your TBH Web Hosting package or E-commerce package, you have the right to a full refund (excluding any Set Up Fees, Domain Name Registration Fees and / or Overages).

To claim your refund, please contact your Account Manager within the first 30 days of your contract.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of your email. We issue refunds by BACS and WorldPay.

If you have not received your refund after 30 days, or have any other refund related enquiry, please contact your Account Manager.

Successfully registered Domain Names are excluded from the refund policy as a cost is incurred on all registrations, and registrars offer no returns policy of their own. However, you will continue to own the Domain Name even if you wish to cancel other TBH services.

Auto Renewal of TBH services is also excluded from this policy. Please refer to the Auto Renewal Policy for further details.

Under no circumstances will TBH allow a transfer of funds between accounts.

Refunds will not be given if any other TBH Terms and Conditions or policies have been contravened.
